• AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should verify information independently before making career decisions
• We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or results

Training and Improvement

Your interactions with our AI may be used to train and improve our models, subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement measures to protect your privacy and ensure data is used responsibly.

User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to ClaraLearn (resumes, career information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
• Analyze your content to generate insights and recommendations
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for research and improvement

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding your user content), is owned by ClaraLearn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Subscription and Payments

Pricing

ClaraLearn may offer free and paid subscription plans. Pricing for paid plans will be clearly displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal
• Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our discretion
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

ClaraLearn provides career intelligence and insights but does NOT provide professional career counseling, legal advice, or employment services. You should consult with qualified professionals for specific career decisions.

Third-Party Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaraLearn shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Career decisions made based on AI recommendations
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClaraLearn, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ClaraLearn is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at business@claralearn.com. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your settings or by contacting us.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
